Day 1 - 3
Welcome & Arrival
We are thrilled to have you here! Once you settle in, report your arrival to the International Student Office within your first three (3) days so we can officially welcome you.
Day 7
Health & Visa Processing
Let’s get the official paperwork out of the way. We will guide you to attend a quick medical checkup at an EMGS Panel Clinic within 7 days of arriving. Afterward, just hand us your passport and we will handle your Student Pass endorsement for you.
Day 30
Getting Connected
Once you receive a notification that your passport is ready for collection, come pick it up! We will also provide you with an official supporting letter you need to open a local bank account and get your discounted RapidKL travel card. Do not forget to collect your medical insurance card for complete peace of mind.
Day 100
Thriving on Campus
By now, you are a fully integrated AeU student! Keep enjoying your classes and remember to maintain 80% attendance to keep your visa active and stress-free. If you ever need anything, our friendly ISO team is always here to help every weekday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
