Frequently Asked Questions

How long does EMGS e-VAL processing take?

Standard processing takes 14 to 21 working days after ISO successfully logs your payment and correct documents. Errors in your passport scan or degree certificates will delay this.

Can I submit a Provisional Degree Certificate for my EMGS visa?

No. EMGS regulations dictate that applicants from Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan must submit their final, official degree certificates. Provisional documents will result in automatic rejection.

My local bank requires authorization to transfer fees. How do I get this?

Your AeU Conditional Offer Letter acts as the official document required by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or Bangladesh banks to open a Student File and authorize international fee transfers.

Should I book my flight to Kuala Lumpur now?

Do not book your flight until your e-VAL is approved at 100% and you have secured your Single Entry Visa (SEV) from the Malaysian Embassy in your home country.
