Prepare Your Documents

Gather your certified academic transcripts, a full booklet copy of your passport (minimum 18 months validity), passport-sized photos with a strict white background and proof of English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL).

Submit Your Application

As an international students, you should apply as early as possible to allow time for visa and travel arrangements.

Submit your application through our secure international portal. Our admissions team review files dynamically, giving you an official update within 48 to 72 hours.

Offer & EMGS Processing

Once accepted, you will receive your official Letter of Offer. Upon your acceptance, our team immediately initiates your Student Visa (e-VAL) clearance directly with Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS).

Arrival & The First 100 Days

Receive your Visa Approval Letter (e-VAL), secure your flight and notify us.! Our International Student Office will coordinate your transition starting with airport arrival guidelines and full campus orientation.
