- Bangladesh: Open a Student File Account with an authorized local bank (e.g., Eastern Bank, City Bank) utilizing your Conditional Offer Letter to execute a Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
- India: Utilize our TransferMate integration to fulfill payment requirements in strict accordance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS).
- Pakistan: Present your Conditional Offer Letter to your commercial bank to secure foreign exchange remittance authorization from the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
- Discrepancies in personal details will result in immediate visa rejection. Notify the International Student Office (ISO) promptly to rectify any inaccuracies prior to submission.

- Medical Declaration: A fully executed and signed EMGS Medical Health Declaration Form.
- No Provisional Certificates: EMGS strictly rejects Provisional Degree Certificates from applicants originating from Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India. You must submit your finalized, official degree or board certificate.
- MOI Attestation: Medium of Instruction (MOI) documentation must be issued on official university letterhead and bear the formal stamp of the respective Registrar's Office.
- Applications containing passports with less than 18 months of remaining validity will be subject to automatic rejection by immigration authorities.

- In compliance with Malaysian Immigration law, international students are prohibited from leaving KLIA premises without an official university officer present to authorize your entry.
An ISO official manages your immigration clearance and facilitates dedicated university transportation directly from the airport terminal to the AeU campus.
An ISO official meets you at the terminal to formally authorize your entry through Malaysian immigration. Following clearance, you are permitted to secure private transportation independently.
