Initial Assessment & Consultation

Upon receiving your form or message, an assigned ISO advisor will review your academic background, confirm your program eligibility, and answer any immediate questions you have about studying in Malaysia.

Formal Application & Offer

Phase 2 : Application

Once you are ready, we will guide you through uploading your official academic transcripts and passport copies to our secure portal. If successful, you will be issued an official Conditional Letter of Offer.

Acceptance & Financial Clearance

Phase 3 : Enrollment

To secure your seat, you will sign your Acceptance Form and remit your initial processing fees via our secure international payment gateway. Our finance team verifies your payment within 24 hours.

EMGS Visa Processing

Phase 4 : Immigration

Our primary intakes are in January, May and September. Applications can be submitted throughout the year.
