Campus Accessibility & Navigation

Subang Jaya serves as a premier, highly connected transit hub. The AeU campus is easily reachable via major national expressways, including the Federal Highway, Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), and New Pantai Expressway (NPE).

By Rail & Public Transit

The most efficient way to bypass Klang Valley traffic is via the Light Rail Transit (LRT) and commuter networks. AeU is located right in the heart of SS15, ensuring immediate walkability from major transit stations.

SS15 LRT Station (Kelana Jaya Line): Just a 5-minute walk (approx. 400m) from campus. This line connects you directly to KL Sentral, KLCC, and Putra Heights.
Subang Jaya KTM / LRT Integration Station: If traveling via the KTM Komuter (Port Klang Line), alight at Subang Jaya station. From there, you can take a quick 1-stop LRT transfer directly to SS15.

From the Airport (KLIA / KLIA2)Take the KLIA Ekspres or KLIA Transit directly to KL Sentral (28 minutes), then switch to the Kelana Jaya LRT Line straight to the SS15 station. Plan your rail journey via the MyRapid Journey Planner

By Bus & Local Transit

If you are already in the Subang Jaya or Petaling Jaya area, getting to campus is simple and cost-effective via local bus networks.

Free Smart Selangor Bus (Bas Smart Selangor)

As a student, you can ride the Selangor state government's free bus services. They link the campus directly to major train hubs and nearby residential areas:

Route SJ01: Connects LRT SS15, Subang Jaya LRT/KTM, and USJ 7 LRT/BRT. It stops right along Persiaran Jengka, just a short walk from AeU.
Route SJ02: Connects LRT SS18 (the next stop over) and runs through Bandar Sunway and Puchong.

RapidKL Bus

RapidKL T770: Connects Subang Jaya LRT/KTM station directly to the SS15 commercial area, stopping right near the campus.
RapidKL 771: Connects Subang Mewah to Pasar Seni via SS15.

Payment & Travel TipsSmart Selangor: Download the Luas Selangor app to ride and track real-time bus locations (non-Malaysian citizens pay a minimal fee).

RapidKL: Buses are cashless. Ensure you have a loaded TnG (Touch 'n Go) card or a My50 travel pass before boarding.

By Air & Airport Transfers

AeU is strategically positioned for global and regional connectivity, located exceptionally close to Malaysia's two major aviation hubs.

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA / KLIA2)Malaysia's main international gateway is roughly a 45-minute drive from campus. You can easily book a taxi or Grab directly to AeU, or utilize the KLIA Transit train and Aerobus services to connect to Subang Jaya.

Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (Subang Airport - SZB)
Located just 15 minutes away from the campus. It primarily handles select regional and domestic flights, making it incredibly convenient for domestic travel.

Report to ISO: Report your arrival to the International Student Office within your first three (3) days so we can officially welcome you.

EMGS Medical Clearance

Health Check: We will guide you to attend a quick medical checkup at an EMGS Panel Clinic within 7 days of arriving.

Student Pass Endorsement Afterward, just hand us your passport and we will seamlessly handle your Student Pass endorsement for you.

Getting Connected

Day 30

Your official documents and local essentials will be ready for collection.

Document Collection

Passport: Once you receive a notification that your passport is ready, come pick it up!
Insurance: Do not forget to collect your medical insurance card for complete peace of mind.
